1. Overview

PartnerBridge provides subscription access to RelateIQ, Precision Insights, and DataStream. This page outlines plan features, billing, renewals, support, SLAs, and acceptable usage. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Billing, Trials & Taxes

  • All subscriptions are direct payments to Revolut on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Fees exclude applicable VAT or sales tax.
  • Invoices are issued in GBP; late payments may result in temporary suspension.

4. Renewal & Cancellation

  • Plans renew automatically unless cancelled 30 business days before renewal.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You may export reports and permitted data before termination.

5. Fair Usage

Usage must remain within reasonable limits of your selected plan. Excessive automated requests, scraping, or load generation that degrades performance may be throttled. We’ll contact you to right-size limits or discuss an upgrade if necessary.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or malicious activity.
  • No reverse engineering or bypassing security or rate limits.
  • Only process content you have rights to handle or share.

7. Support & Service Levels (SLA)

Support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time (excluding public holidays). Enterprise customers may receive extended coverage via Slack or Teams.

P1 – Critical System unavailable or severe data loss 2 hours
P2 – High Major feature impaired; no workaround 4 hours
P3 – Normal Degraded performance; workaround available 1 business day
P4 – Low Minor issues or general questions 2 business days

8. Maintenance & Availability

  • Planned maintenance occurs outside UK business hours whenever possible.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice if required.
  • Our target uptime for paid services is 99.9% monthly.

9. Data, Security & Privacy

  • We use industry-standard security controls, encryption, and backups.
  • Customer data remains your property; PartnerBridge acts as a processor.

10. Service Credits

If monthly uptime for a paid plan falls below the target, you may request a credit of up to 20% of the affected month’s fee, provided your account is in good standing and the request is made within 30 days.
