How PartnerBridge Works

When PartnerBridge refers to "business direction," we mean the strategic plans and goals your company has for its future growth and development. For example, you could send us data on one, some, or all of the following points:

1. Market Expansion Plans: The new markets or regions you intend to enter.

2. Product Development: Upcoming (over the next 1-3 years) products or services you plan to launch or enhancements to existing offerings.

3. Target Audience: The specific changes to customer segments or industries you aim to add additional focus on.

4. Revenue Goals: Financial targets, such as revenue growth, profit margins, or market share objectives.

5. Competitive Positioning: How you plan to differentiate your company from competitors and what unique value propositions you intend to emphasize.

6. Operational Strategy: Plans for scaling operations, improving efficiency, or adopting new technologies and processes.

Understanding your business direction allows us to tailor the partner program to align with your strategic goals, ensuring that the partners they identify will support and enhance your path to growth and success.

Once you purchase a package from PartnerBridge, you will receive a very detailed description of the next steps and what you can expect from PartnerBridge. A high-level review of these steps are as follows:

1. Access the Portal:
   > Navigate to the PartnerBridge portal
   > Log in using the credentials provided by PartnerBridge

2. Navigate to the Correct Secure Folder:
   > Once logged in, you will see the secure folders you have access to
   > Navigate to the specific PartnerBridge Secure Files designated for file submissions

3. Upload Files:
   > Drag and Drop: Drag and drop the files (client list, prospect list, business direction documents) directly into the secure folder
   > Upload Button: Alternatively, click the 'Upload' button within the secure folder, select the files from your device, and upload them

4. Set File Details:
   > After uploading, you can optionally add descriptions or tags to the files for better organization
   > Ensure the files are correctly named to reflect their content, such as "Client_List.xlsx", "Prospect_List.xlsx", and/or "Business_Direction.docx"

PartnerBridge will acknowledge that the files have been received and a timeline for delivery of the PartnerBridge Package.
