PartnerBridge recognises that many customers upload commercially sensitive information into the Services.
Unless required by law or authorised by the customer, PartnerBridge does not use Customer Content for purposes unrelated to providing the Services.
Customer Content remains confidential and is processed solely to:
- provide the Services;
- perform customer-requested analysis;
- generate customer reports;
- maintain platform functionality;
- provide customer support;
- improve platform reliability using aggregated or de-identified operational information where appropriate; and
- comply with legal obligations.
PartnerBridge does not use Customer Content or customer-uploaded documents to train publicly available or shared foundation AI models. Customer Content is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Services requested by the customer.
Where AI-assisted functionality is used, Customer Content is processed only to provide the requested functionality and in accordance with applicable contractual and legal obligations.
